Holly Nielsen

Holly joined Baring Ventures in 2006, and serves as senior legal consultant. She is a lawyer with over 35 years of experience in corporate and finance law as a partner with Baker Botts (1992 to 1994), Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy (1997 to 2000) and Debevoise & Plimpton (2001 to 2006), as well as an employee of Harvard University for an international capital markets project from 1995 to 1997.

 

Holly has a law degree from Kansas University and an undergraduate degree from Vassar College.
